International Delivery Process:

We use the USPS delivery service for International Delivery, USPS® International Mail delivers to over 180 countries including the UK, Canada, Japan, Mexico and Australia. Global Express Guaranteed®, Priority Mail Express International® and Priority Mail International® services include international tracking and some insurance.

Delivery Time:

We offer USPS SHIPPING with tracking numbers for orders over $150 worldwide. (Except UK and EU, there will be a US$45 fee or the US to US special products will have also US$45) it is the standard rate.

UK/EU Delivery: Depending on the country, delivery can take between 10 and 14 days. * upon receipt of issue number.
Shipping from the USA to the USA: 3-5 days max* after receiving the tracking number. Payment without problems with customs.

Orders for shipping outside the EU are generally processed (and tracked) within 24 hours of order placement (business hours). Depending on your location, it may take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. In addition, you will receive automatic tracking updates via email and SMS.

Please use your local government postal service as soon as the order is in the country. Otherwise, please use 17track.net/en, Swiss Post (CH), France Post (FP) or RoyalMail (GB) (UK/EU), DHL for better tracking updates. Also, try Asendia.com for updates.

If your order has an SG suffix, follow it on SingPost.
If your order has IN suffix, please track it on IndiaPost.
If your order contains enough CH, please track it with Swiss Post.
If your order has an FR suffix, follow it with France Post.
If your order has an INWABET prefix, please track it with DHL India.
If your order is going from EU to EU, please check tracking from Slovakia to SPS.
If your order is destined for the UK, please check Royal Mail.
