Q: What are your payment methods?

We currently offer credit cards payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, America Express (AMEX), Discover, Cell, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (10% discount).

PayPal payments are instant (unless you choose manual billing).

There is a $ 20 fee on PayPal instant payments, which partially covers the high prices we charge.

Payments with Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies receive an immediate discount of 10%.

Various third parties are used to process credit cards manually. Customers who wish to use a Visa credit card currently require a manual payment method.

All payments are subject to different verification methods, which must match your card or account issuer’s details.

Q: Are my order’s deliverability and pill quality guaranteed?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. This includes the correct delivery of your order and the expiration date/quality of your medication that we ship to you.

Our right of return is that we will resend you up to 1 time. If the second submission fails, we’ll refund you.

Q: How long it will take to get tracking number?

Short answer: 24-72 business hours after order payment.

You may receive your tracking number shortly after placing your order, but it will take a while for it to appear online.

Until the track syncs online, our system will show an error that the order is not found.

You will automatically receive updates by email and SMS during your trip.

Once your package arrives in your country, your local postal service is recommended to track its usage (e.g., USPS, Australia Post, etc.). These local websites are updated in more detail and more frequently.
